Hi, I'm Helena!
I am a Germany-based Salesforce consultant with almost a decade of experience helping companies implement smart and scalable CRM solutions.
I've worked with clients across Germany, the UK, Italy, and the US, ranging from growing startups to international enterprises. I specialize in leading global Salesforce projects, focusing on project management and designing tailored solutions to help businesses work more efficiently.
Growing up bilingually in the US and working in international environments has taught me how to connect with people across cultures and build solutions that work in the real world. Whether it’s running a requirements workshop, conducting a training, or finding the right technical solution to a business problem, I’m passionate about helping teams get the most out of Salesforce.
My Mission
The name BeeLiner comes from the phrase "to make a beeline": getting straight from point A to point B, without detours or delays.
After years in the Salesforce world, I’ve seen too many businesses lose time and money on poorly scoped or overcomplicated implementation projects. Sometimes the internal vision isn’t clear; sometimes the implementation partner overpromises. Either way, the result is the same: frustration and wasted budget.

I offer end-to-end project leadership, from the planning to the go-live phase and beyond. This can grow naturally from the first two services or be a standalone option from day one.
